This wine smells intensely yellow-fruity and typically "silvaner-spicy". Aromas of meadow flowers, wild herbs, fennel, pear and yellow plum present themselves very confidently. On the palate, an animating interplay unfolds between moderate acidity, a fine tannic bite and salty minerality.
