Animating aroma of citrus fruits, green apples, with lots of minerality and floral notes. A natural Pinot Blanc with medium volume and an invigorating acidity structure. In 2021, well-balanced white wines were produced with a good balance of acidity, body and fruit. Due to the long ageing on the lees, it is extremely fresh when young, but therefore has very good ageing potential.
