Helena Mariscal
Head of Buying Management
»I was born in Spain and have been part of Mack & Schühle since 2009. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to take on a variety of exciting roles and responsibilities within the company. Thanks to my language skills, I have always been closely involved in working with our suppliers – something I have particularly enjoyed throughout my career. The international exchange, the collaboration with both family-owned producers and large wineries, and the variety of topics make my work both rewarding and inspiring. Since 2024, I have been heading the Purchasing department while continuing to maintain close relationships with our partners. As a mother of two grown-up sons, it has always been important to me to maintain a healthy balance between my professional and personal life. One of the things I value most about Mack & Schühle is the strong support for achieving exactly that.«
Frederic Karberg
Brand Manager Spirits
»Since joining Mack & Schühle in 2021, I have been part of the Brand Management Spirits team, overseeing a diverse portfolio of brands and collaborating with a wide range of internal and external partners. What I enjoy most is bringing brands to life and actively shaping their growth and market presence. The creative aspect of my role is especially fulfilling – particularly when concepts become real products. One recent highlight was the launch of the Carissima portfolio in a ready-to-drink can format.«

»In 2025, I joined Mack & Schühle and quickly realized that customer service was the perfect fit for me. The daily interaction with our customers and the variety of topics I deal with make every day different and engaging. As a key link between our customers and the company, I support a wide range of requests and strive to provide a friendly and professional service experience. What I appreciate most about my role is its diversity. Every customer inquiry is unique, which means there is always something new to learn and no two days are alike.«

»I began my career at Mack & Schühle in 2017 through a dual degree program. It gave me an excellent foundation for my professional growth and future development. After completing the program, I joined the Field Marketing On-Trade team and have worked closely with our sales team across Germany ever since – first as Assistant to Head of Field Marketing On-Trade and now as a Sales Controller. What I value most is the opportunity to continuously grow within the department, take on new responsibilities, and further develop my skills along the way.«

»My journey at Mack & Schühle began in the Finance department in 2011, and I have remained part of this area of the business ever since. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to contribute through periods of change while continuously growing both personally and professionally. »I’ve been working in Key Account Management at Mack & Schühle since 2013 – a role that comes with significant responsibility and that I find incredibly rewarding. During my time with the company, I also took a period of parental leave before returning to my position. As a mother, balancing family life and a professional career is important to me. That is why I especially appreciate the opportunity to take on responsibility while working part-time and to fully contribute my skills and experience. What I value most is being part of such a motivated and dynamic team – the Wine & Spirits Family.«

»I started my apprenticeship at Mack & Schühle in 2025 and felt welcomed from day one. What I appreciate most is the open and supportive atmosphere – everyone is approachable, and there is always someone willing to help. Thanks to our structured rotation plan, I gain insights into a variety of departments and get a comprehensive understanding of the company. In each department, I have dedicated mentors who support me, while a central coordinator oversees the overall organization of the apprenticeship. One of the highlights for me was the welcome trip at the beginning of my apprenticeship. It was a great opportunity to get to know everyone, build connections, and feel part of the team right from the start.«
