Aromas of almonds and acacia honey, rounded off with a hint of citrus and notes of tropical fruit. On the palate, the wine is complex, powerful and elegant, crisp and fresh with a beautiful mineral note. Fermentation and ageing take place over 16 months in barrique barrels, followed by one year of bottle ageing.
