It is the result of the historical heritage of the Distillerie Francoli in terms of the woods used for ageing, but also the fact that they have separated the best fruits of their garden with patience and sacrifice and aged them in peace. The eighty-eight barriques were purchased in one go in 1988. Since then, these barrels have retained their function, proving that their activity does not end after a few years of use.
