Maestros Mezcaleros only use single varieties of agave for the Ancestral Mezcals. The Tobalá is wonderfully complex with tropical fruit notes of guava, banana and papaya, which are accompanied by aromas of freshly cut lime and sweet mandarin peel. Notes of white flowers, cooked agave and piloncillo as well as earthy notes round off the taste.
