The world of Limoncello is more diverse than one might think. Behind the familiar lemon aroma lies a wide variety of lemon types from different climates, each bringing its own balance of freshness, sweetness, and subtle bitterness.
High-quality Limoncellos are based on carefully selected Mediterranean lemons, whose aromatic peels are rich in essential oils. These are gently extracted and blended with water, sugar, and a hint of lemon juice to create a well-balanced taste experience.
Non-alcoholic Limoncello follows the same artisanal approach. The aromas are first extracted in the traditional way, and the alcohol is then carefully removed, preserving the full intensity of the lemon.
