I Mori is a successful blend between the most ancient native grapes in Calabria, find their real expression in Liber Pater, a tribute to the Italic god of wine and vineyard. A careful grapes selection is followed by a long maceration on the skins and then by a terse refinement in French oak barrels for 8 months. Complex aromas of wild berries, violets, spices and a soft note of oak provided by barrique ageing. It is a full-bodied, rich and velvety wine.
